I’m confused, sometimes DART is available and sometimes it is not. Why is that?

In order to be eligible to use the DART feature: 

You must be an active subscriber in good standing.

A sufficient number of items in your Closet must be available for a DART shipment. Our inventory availability changes constantly and sometimes the items in your Closet might not be available for a DART shipment at a particular moment in time, and therefore the DART feature will not be available for use at that time.
