Can I prioritize what I receive?

Yes! We offer you the option to Prioritize items that you would like to receive next. While we cannot guarantee individual items, if the Prioritized items are available at the time of packing your box, we will send those ahead of other items.


To Prioritize an item, go to your On-the-Rack section of your Closet, click on the item’s Options menu and select "Prioritize."
