How do I return the items? What happens if I lost a return label?

Simply place the items in the purple return bag, seal, and drop them in the mail (USPS.) We normally send 1 bag per every 2 items. Feel free to put more than one item in a bag. We're also happy to send you an additional prepaid USPS label via email if you've misplaced your bag or need to send additional items back. To request a return label, email us at or call 1-855-GWYNNIE (855-499-6643). Our regular support hours are Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm ET.
