Can I choose what gets sent to me?

We want you to love what you receive, which is why we'll never send you an item that you haven't added to your closet. From your closet, we ship items based on availability at the time we're picking and packing your box. We don't limit how long members keep items, so we can't guarantee availability of an individual item. We do offer a feature called Prioritization, where you can select the top items that you wish to receive out of your closet. If we have any of those items available at the time we pack your box, they will be prioritized over other items.time.
